One's most valuable asset is wisdom. Without wisdom, there is no success in human life. Makuluduwa New Model School in the Piliyandala region is a semi-urban school with about 500 students studying. This school started with a coconut tree in 1937 AD and is currently developing and developing in terms of physical resources. The majority of the students appearing for the national examinations, the scholarship examination and the G.E.C (Ordinary Level) examination, have managed to pass their cut-off and get high marks. Through co-curricular activities, he has been able to advance to achieving All-Ceylon achievements.

In moving forward with modern technology, the creation of a website for the school will be a great strength for the school to go with the new world.
